Product Description
Briess Black Malt can be used to provide color without adding overpowering flavor. Can used in small quantities to adjust color with little or no flavor addition and little impact on foam color. Black malt is not interchangeable with Roasted Barley.

- Flavor: Dry roasted, sharp to neutral
- Color: Brown to black. 500° Lovibond

- 1-3% All styles for color with little or no flavor
- 1-10% Porter and Stout
