Shipping

Most orders ship same day or within 24 hours of orders being placed. Our on-line shopping cart will provide you with an estimate of shipping cost. We charge only the exact cost of shipping without any added handling charge.

International Shipping

We ship internationally through our eBay store. You can fine us here. If you see an item here that is not in our eBay store please contact us to see if we can make it avaiable to you through eBay.

Returns & Replacements

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with an item, please return it within 30 days with the origianl receipt and you will be credited for the item less the shipping cost. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging for refund or credit. If you receive a damaged or broken item, call us as soon as possible. Please keep all packaging materials. We will credit your account or send you a new item (as you prefer). If we shipped you the wrong product we will pay to have that item shipped back to us and ship you the proper Item. In all cases, please call or e-mail for an authorization number and instructions before returning.
