French Oak Infusion Spiral Medium Plus Toast is between Medium and Heavy Toast. It has aromas of honey, roasted nuts and a hint of coffee and spices. Suggested usage is 1 stick per 3 gallons. Spiral may be snapped into smaller portions to achieve desired flavor intensity.
The big surface area of the spiral design allows a shorter pickup time of wood character. Allowing adequate wood impact in a matter of 7 to 14 days of contact time.
