Briess White Wheat malt provides sweet, malty, wheat and mild bread dough flavors. Use as part or all of the base malt in wheat beers. Improves head retention and foam in all beers.

Usage
- 5%: Improves head and head retention in any beer style

- 50%+: Functions as a base malt when used alone or with base malt in American Wheat Beers
