    Product Description

    Briess 2 Row Malted Barley Crushed - 10 lbs 

    This malt has a clean, sweet, mild malty flavor. It can be used as a base malt for most styles of ale, stouts and porters. High alpha amylase and diastatic power provides a maximum fermentable yield even when using high percentages of adjuncts like corn. Performs well in the mash when using for distillation.
