Brewer's Best Kolsch
Kolsch is a crisp, clean, lager-like German ale. It has a straw-yellow hue similar to a pilsner, but is less hoppy, a bit sweet, and uses pale malt and a small amount of wheat. If possible, this beer should be fermented in the low 60's to achieve lager characteristics.
