Brewer's Best Belgian Saison
A light bodied, effervescent ale with warm malty flavors and a slight orange hue from the steeping grains. Golden Candi Syrup lends a faint caramel sweetness and a hint of fresh plums. The included Belgian style yeast strain completes this farmhouse ale by contributing a spicy and peppery background. This kit requires and an additional step called steep-to-convert. You will be converting a small amount of the starches in the grain to sugar. Similar to steeping specialty grains but with a longer steeping time and more precise temperatures. Directions are included.
