    Apollo is a dual purpose hop with low cohumulone ratio that make it an excellent bittering hop. Used late in the boil it offers strong grapefruit and hoppy notes. 

    Aroma - Strong Grapefruit

    Alpha Acid - 15 - 19%

    Beta Acid - 5.5 - 8.0% 

    Typical Beer Styles – Pale ales, IPA
