      Great quality buckets for fermenting.

      I ferment Sauerkraut and healthy fermented drinks frequently, and it makes a difference to buy from people who clearly design and sell quality products (at a decent price) that make fermenting easier. Here are a few reasons this makes a difference for me: 1) The build quality is very sturdy and seemingly 2-3 times thicker plastic than most store-bought buckets; so you know they'll last because you can feel the quality. And, I appreciate it that they focused on making the bucket wider/larger-mouth rather than taller (like most others trying to make a quick buck off of fermenting bucket kits ), which makes it easier for me to transport and easier to put things in/stir. 2) The 7.9-gallon containers are the perfect large size bucket for someone like me who doesn't want to have to replenish the kraut and liquid too frequently. So those 3 extra gallons makes a major difference and gives me enough room to leave space at the top so overflow isn't an issue. More finished product after all the hard work does make a difference. 3) Whenever I buy from them, I always get my order within 3-4 days each time I order. All I can say is that it just does the job for me so that all I have to worry about is making my ferments properly with the right ratios. Great product from my experience.
