Sodium Metabisulfite - 8 oz
Sodium Metabisulfite is used in winemaking to kill wild yeast in the must, for sanitation, and as antioxidant to help protect your wine during storage.
Used at a rate of 1/4 teaspoon per 6 gallons to kill wild yeast in the must
For sanitation of bottles and equipment use 2 oz per gallon of water.
To use as an antioxidant and to protect your wine during storage add 1/4 teaspoon before bottling.
