Fermax Yeast Nutrient - 1 lb bag
A balanced blend of minerals, proteins, amino acids and vitamins to improve yeast activity during fermentation. Use in the fermentation of wine, beer and distilled spirits and mead. Use approximately 1/2 to 1 teaspoon per gallon. Beer - add in the last 10 minutes of the boil. Wine - add to the must before fermentation.
