Oregon Fruit Apricot Puree - 49 oz
Apricot Puree is prepared from ripened, washed, sorted, peeled, and pitted apricots. Sweet, tangy aromas yield to hints of tropical and mango notes. Purees are great for fruit-infused mead, beer, and ciders. Add directly to the primary or secondary but never boil the fruit. When using with wine, substitute puree in place of fresh fruit using 10% – 15% percent less puree
