Pectic Enzyme - 1 lb
Pectinase (pectic) is an enzyme that breaks down pectin found in plant cell walls. Pectic enzyme is used in wine making to reduce or eliminate pectic that is the cause of haze in juice. Pectic enzyme also increases juice yields.
Add ½ teaspoon per gallon of must before start of fermentation.
